Corporate Sponsorship/Season Ticket – Flex Pack Holder Information Released

The Swan Valley Stampeders Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to, once again, thank the fans and sponsors specifically for their support in this disappointingly short season.

We all knew going into the fall that there would be uncertainty, potential pauses and yes, even cancellation. But, the outpouring of support despite the circumstances surrounding the team and the league has shown us what the team means to this community.

In the coming weeks, all sponsors will be receiving a letter detailing their options for moving forward. For the season ticket and flex pack holders we are offering the following two options:

  1. The opportunity to donate the remainder of their tickets and passes to the team. It’s no surprise that the team is carrying a significant load of debt and this generosity would go a long way toward bettering our financial position and ensuring the team remains viable for years to come.
  2. Receiving a pro-rated credit toward their 2021-22 season passes or flex packs. With only 20% of the regular season home games played, they would be eligible for 80% of the cost of their 2020-21 ticket package to be applied to their purchase this fall.

To make it easy for the season ticket or flex pass holder to notify us of their choice, we have set up a simple and quick form at stampedershockey.com. We ask that form be completed – or a phone call to Cody (at 204.281.2765) be made – prior to March 31 to make the choice known. If we have not received a response by this date we will assume the season ticket or flex pass holder has chosen the donation option.

We appreciate the community’s understanding of how we have chosen to handle a difficult situation and we look forward to seeing all of our fans in the arena once again this fall.
