This upcoming Wednesday October 4th, the Swan Valley Stampeders will be hosting the Waywayseecappo Wolverines at Swan River Centennial Arena. The game is the back half of a home and home series that began on Sunday, with your Stampeders winning 4-3 in a shootout.
The home opener festivities kick off with a BBQ at the Co-op from 11:00-2:00. Come down for lunch and a chance to meet the players. Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and drinks will be available for purchase.
Tim Hortons will be at the rink prior to the game serving hot chocolate and coffee. Pregame ceremonies kick off at 7:25, with player introductions, followed by the game at 7:30.
Tickets are available at the door or you can pick them up in advance at Atkinsons Sports Excellence.
