IG Wealth Management – Pre Game Report

Stampeders look to snap losing skid against Terriers

Stampeders: 6-16-2-0 (5th in West) Power Play % (24.2% 5th in MJHL) Penalty Kill % (67.0% 12th in MJHL)

Terriers: 17-6-1-0 (3rd in East) Power Play % (20.0% 10th in MJHL) Penalty Kill % (79.0% 9th in MJHL)

The Stampeders will look to try get back on track tonight when they face the Portage Terriers inside the Swan River Centennial Arena tonight for a 7 pm puck drop.

The Stamps are currently on a six game slide and have come close to a couple of overtime wins, but have not been able to cash in on their opportunities.

Portage however, has been one of the hottest teams in the MJHL as of late, as they are 9-1 in their last 10 games. If the Stampeders want to secure two points at home, they’ll need a full team effort tonight.

Players to Watch:

Stamps: Gavin Bartha, Ethan MacTavish, Jake Giacobbo

Terriers: Trevor Hill, Rhett Platt, Drayden Uhrina
