Stamps take on Kings on Tuesday night
Stampeders: 13-23-3-1 (5th in West) Power Play % (22.9% 6th in MJHL) Penalty Kill % (68.9% 12th in MJHL)
Kings: 23-18-1-0 (2nd in West) Power Play % (21.6% 9th in MJHL) Penalty Kill % (77.6% 8th in MJHL)
Entering tonight’s game winners of six of their last seven games, the Stampeders face their Parkland Rivals, the Dauphin Kings for the first time in 2026.
These two teams have faced each other four times this season so far, with Dauphin winning the last 3 meetings by scores of 5-3, 2-1, and 7-0. The Stamps did get the best of the Kings on opening night with a 6-3 win but have since struggled against the Kings.
However, this is a new looking Stampeder team that will look to continue their success tonight in Credit Union Place. Despite holding second in the West Division, the Kings have been on a bit of a slide as of late, as since Jan. 6, the Kings have a 4-7 record. Comparing that to the Stampeders, Swan has had a 7-4 record since Jan. 6.
Players to Watch:
Stampeders – Ben Groome, Wylie Smith, Dylan Ruff
Kings – Nicholas Zaharias, Matthew O’Sullivan, Ty Pratte
Tonight’s game goes at 7 pm inside of Credit Union Place. The Stamps will hit the road to Portage and Winkler this upcoming weekend as they face the Terriers on Friday at 7:30 pm.
