Monarchs: 8-37-2-0 (7th in East) Power Play % (12.2% 13th in MJHL) Penalty Kill % (65.5% 13th in MJHL)

After being unable to show up in The Pas, the Stampeders will look to try and get back in the win column tonight as they host the Winnipeg Monarchs. This is the final time the Stampeders and Monarchs will face one another this season.

The Monarchs are coming off a 6-1 loss in Dauphin last night to the Kings, and have been eliminated from playoff contention for this season. However, they still have the opportunity to try and play spoiler and halt the Stampeders from getting closer in their playoff push.

Swan sits 14 points back of the fourth and final playoff spot in the West Division and must attain all the points necessary to try and make this push interesting.

Players to Watch:

Stampeders: Dylan Ruff, Crosby Harrison, Trace Langan

Monarchs: Carson Legault, Cam Alt, Thomas Gale

Tonight’s game goes at 7 pm inside the Swan River Centennial Arena.
