IG Wealth Management – Pre Game Report

Stamps head south for two game weekend

Stampeders: 17-29-3-1 (5th in West) Power Play % (20.1% 9th in MJHL) Penalty Kill % (68.8% 12th in MJHL)

Nighthawks: 44-6-1-0 (1st in East) Power Play % (24.7% 4th in MJHL) Penalty Kill % (83.9% 3rd in MJHL)

After splitting the first two games this week, the Stampeders will look to try and keep their playoff hopes alive tonight in Niverville, facing the Nighthawks.

With Wednesday’s loss, the Stampeders are now in risk to be eliminated from playoff contention. A single win from the Titans and a Stampeders loss in regulation can eliminate Swan.

Swan has been one of the busier teams in the last week, as they recently just played four games in five nights, and will try and get back to work this weekend on the road.

They have to at least get a single point against the Nighthawks to stay alive.

Players To Watch:

Stampeders: Dylan Ruff, Crosby Harrison, Trace Langan

Nighthawks: Hayden Wheddon, Austin Dubinsky, Merik Boles
