The Swan Valley Stampeders are proud to announce that team captain and forward Landen Gulutzan has been named to the MJHL’s – RBC Community Ambassador Team for 2024-2025.
Gulutzan, 20, has been a Stampeder for since the 2022-23 season and is the key piece to this year’s team both on and off the ice.
The Calgary, Alberta product has created many ties in the Valley with countless hours of volunteering and being an important part of the community, like reading with students from the school, to leading many events hosted by the Stampeders and helping in other local activities. The Stampeder captain has established himself as a man for the people and continues to do so.
The Stampeders will be hosting the Northern Manitoba Blizzard on Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 7 pm which is sponsored by RBC and fans will see Gulutzan honoured for his accomplishment.

WINNIPEG, MB – The Manitoba Junior Hockey League (MJHL) is pleased to announce the 2024-25 RBC – MJHL Community Ambassador Team, comprised of one player from each MJHL team.
Each player has displayed outstanding citizenship and sportsmanship both on and off the ice and a commitment to volunteerism. RBC Community Ambassadors are recognized for making a difference and giving back to their communities where they play.
Each Ambassador is recognized at an RBC Game Night and will be honoured by a donation from RBC to a school in their local community.
“RBC’s longstanding partnership with MJHL reflects our shared recognition of the impact that these players can make as athletes and as a community member,” said Tracey Schofield, Regional Vice President, Manitoba South. “Congratulations and thank you to this season’s ambassadors for inspiring more youth to lead and make a positive impact.”

The Community Ambassador Program has become one of the biggest highlights of our season.”
At the conclusion of the regular season, one RBC – MJHL Community Ambassador will be named as the recipient of the RBC Community Award, which comes with a further donation from RBC in the player’s name to a school in their local community.
