Stamps double up Terriers by 4-2 score

Make it yet another four game winning streak for the Stampeders, as they knocked off the Portage Terriers by a 4-2 score.

The first period saw no scoring from either side, but chances came in and it set for an exciting next 40 minutes. Dylan Ruff kicked off the scoring in the second period with his third as a Stampeder, but Trevor Hill kept up his scoring pace, tying the game at one.

The third saw the Stampeders offence come alive, as Reis Nyland redirected a Karson Connelly point shot for his second to make it 2-1. Then, on the power-play, Crosby Harrison scored to add some insurance to make it 3-1. However, Hill would make thing’s interesting with his second of the game to make it 3-2. But, Zach Hertz was able to score an empty netter and the Stampeders hung on to win 4-2.

Easton Falls was lights out again, making 37/39 saves in the win.
