Stamps fall in Winkler
The Stampeders offence went cold on Saturday night in Winkler, as they fell 7-0 to the Flyers to end the week.
Despite the score, the Stampeders had tons of chances in the offensive zone and outshot the Flyers in this one, but coming off a win over the best team in the MJHL, Winkler managed to silence the Stampeders.
Swan will regroup and have 6 days to prepare for a two game set next weekend, as they head to The Pas on Friday for a 1 pm puck drop against the Blizzard, and then they will welcome the Winnipeg Monarchs to town on Saturday for a 7 pm puck drop.
