Swan River, MB – The Swan Valley Stampeders held their 2018 Prospect Evaluation Camp in Brandon, MB Friday April 27th to Sunday April 29th.
Each group of prospects played four games over the course of the weekend in front of Stampeder Scouts and Staff. Saturday had two goalie sessions in the morning which were run by Brandon Wheat Kings Goaltender Logan Thompson.
“The Evaluation Camp was very competitive,” said Head Scout Darren Webster. “It’s the best way to evaluate each individual, as well as talk with the kids and their families.” Webster said “Our draft picks and listed players attended camp and was great to see their improvements.
The Stampeder Organization thanks all the volunteers as well as everyone who attended camp.
