The Swan Valley Stampeders have acquired 2000 blue liner Brenden Saether from the Powell River Kings for futures.
The 6’3” 185 lbs right shot defenceman from Abbotsford, BC, split last season between the Surrey Eagles (BCHL) and the Powell River Kings. Saether dressed in 57 games between the two clubs, picking up 3 assists.
