Stampeders Acquire Haydn Delorme from Prince George

The Swan Valley Stampeders have acquired 2000 born forward Haydn Delorme from the Prince George Spruce Kings of the BCHL for future considerations.

The 5’11” 187 lbs right shot forward from Port Moody, BC, dressed in 14 games for the Spruce Kings last season, scoring four goals and adding two assists.

“We are very excited to add a player like Delorme,” said Head Coach and General Manager Barry Wolff. “ He will bring a veteran presence to our locker room and to the ice. He’s a strong skating forward that has the ability to add some offence, something we needed to add to our line up.”

Prior to playing with the Spruce Kings in the BCHL, Delorme made stops with Portland Winterhawks (WHL) dressing in 31 games, collecting one goal and four assists. Before that he dressed in 64 games with the Coquitlam Express (BCHL), scoring six goals while adding nine assists.

“I am very excited to become a Stampeder,” said Delorme. “I can’t wait to get the 2020/21 season going.”

We want to welcome Haydn Delorme, and his family to the Stampeder Organization.
