Stampeders Trade Michael Davis To Neepawa

The Swan Valley Stampeders have traded Michael Davis to the Neepawa Natives of the MJHL for future considerations.

The 20-year-old from Edmonton, AB played in 38 games with the Stampeders over the course of a season and a half. He  posted a 2.97 GAA and a .904 SV% in 2018-19. The 5’11” 150 lbs goalie has played in 14 games so far this season posting a 3.11 GAA and a .902 SV%.

““The entire Stampeders organization would like thank Michael and his family for his contributions to the team,” said Head Coach and General Manager Geoff Grimwood. “He has been a consummate teammate and first class person and had played a significant role in the teams success over the past two seasons. We wish him all the best with his career going forward.”
