Stamps Beat Dauphin 10-2

The 14-15-4 Stampeders were on home ice tonight to finish off a home and home with the Dauphin Kings.

The Stampeders offence was on full display tonight as they continued to find the back of the net against their highway 10 rivals. Keaton Jameson scored on the power play just 1:16 into the 1st. Jaden Townsend added his 8th of the season just 25 seconds later. The Stampeders continued to add to their lead when Connor Navrot scored at 8:12 and Jaden Townsend at 17:58. Swan Valley held a commanding 4-0 lead after 20 minutes of play. Shots on goal were 10-4 in favour of the Stampeders.

The Stamps offence continued to click in the 2nd period as Shane Roulette scored his 11th of the season at 1:43. Josh Tripp added another at 4:11 and Matt Osadick picked up his 10th at 6:03. The Dauphin Kings got one back as Landon Lushanko scored on a point shot at 9:34. Josh Tripp added his 2nd of the game at 10:50 and the stamps lead 8-1 as the middle frame came to a close. Shots were 22-17 for Swan Valley.

The 3rd period was another dominating performance by the Stampeders as Derek Frater picked up his 1st as a Stampeder at 8:05 of the 3rd. Dauphin`s Landon Lushanko scored his 2nd of the evening on another point shot at 13:13. Trevor Mann added another late in the 3rd period. 15 Stampeder players picked up points tonight in a dominating 10-2 win over the Dauphin Kings. Final shots were 32-27 for the Stampeders.

Shane Roulette`s 1 goal, 3 assists was tonight’s 3rd star. Connor Navrots 1 goal, 2 assists was awarded 2nd star and Josh Tripp’s 2 goal, 3 assist effort was given 1st star.
