Star and Times Pre-Game Report

The Swan Valley Stampeders will kick-off their 2020/21 MJHL Regular Season on the road Friday, Oct. 9 against the OCN Blizzard.

The two teams have met twice during the preseason with each club picking up a win. OCN skated to a 6-3 win on home ice Friday Sept. 25. Swan returned the favor with a 4-1 win on home ice Friday Oct. 2.

The OCN Blizzard have a completely new look behind the bench this year. The club announced back on July 16 that they hired Billy Keane as the new Head Coach and General Manger. Just 13 days ago the team announced that Tony Apetagon (Former Captain) will assist Billy Keane on the bench this season.

Assistant Coach and Director of Player Personnel Darren Webster returns to the bench along-side Head Coach and General Manager Barry Wolff for the upcoming season.

 Puck drop goes 7pm.
