The Swan Valley Stampeders have traded 20-year-old defenceman Ashton Fishley to the Portage Terriers of the MJHL for a PDF.
Fishley, a native of Balcarres, SK was acquired by the Stampeders from the Portage Terriers September 23, 2022. He went on to collect 9 goals, adding 39 assists in 83 games and was named team Captain at the beginning of the 2023-24 season.
The Stampeders organization, along with the community of Swan River, would like to thank Ashton for his dedication and commitment to the Stampeders and for his community involvement.
