Back in 1999, the dream of bringing junior A hockey to the Swan River Valley was achieved. This year we celebrate 25 seasons of Swan Valley Stampeders hockey, continuing our core values: Determination, Drive, Pride, Respect, and Community.
To mark the occasion, a 25th Season jersey will be worn during 10 home games throughout the 2023-24 year beginning on Nov. 18. Sponsored by Louisiana Pacific Swan Valley, the base is a rich silver-blue colour to represent the traditional metal for 25 years. The shoulder badges feature the 25th season logo released at the start of the year and the front crest design plays off the Runnin Wild shoulder patch that has been worn on jerseys since the team’s inception.
