Paull Funeral Home & Crematorium Three Stars of the Week (Feb. 4 – Feb. 11)

Every Monday we will be awarding three players who had a big week and giving them stars. We will be doing this week-to-week with points being collected throughout the season. The top three players will be recognized and presented an award during our final home game of the season.

The Swan Valley Stampeders went 0-2 last week giving up nine goals against and only scoring four of their own. Friday night was a very emotional, and yet rewarding night at the Centennial Arena. It was Amara’s Amigos night and the Swan River Valley showed up in a massive way. Over $19,000 and counting, was raised for the PROFYLE program through the CancerCare Manitoba Foundation. It was an amazing evening put on by the Swan Valley Stampeders, Director of Marketing Cody Manchester and the entire Campbell/Kichuk family – Amara’s Amigos.

Saturday was a better effort on the ice but the Stampeders still couldn’t find a win, despite hanging with the Winkler Flyers much of the game. Immediatley following the game it was time to win some money with the annual Stamps Cash Lotto draw. All winners have been posted on all of our social media platforms. We want to thank everyone for coming out Friday night, everyone who donated and to everyone who purchased a ticket for the Cash Lotto.

Congratulations to all winners.

Three star point system is as follows:

1st Star = 3 points

2nd Star = 2 points

3rd Star = 1 point
