The RBC Player of the Month for March is Alex Uryga of the Swan Valley Stampeders.
Uryga recorded 14 points (4-10) in 11 games for the Stampeders, who have advanced to the MJHL championship final against Portage Terriers. Over that stretch, the big forward (6-foot-4, 215 pounds) had three, multiple-point games. For good measure he also scored a short-handed goal.
Uryga, 20, hails from North Vancouver.
The runners up are 20 year old forward Chase Brakel of the Portage Terriers and 18 year old forward Hunter Cloutier of the Virden Oil Capitals.
