The Stampeders completed a weekend sweep at home, defeating the Selkirk Steelers 5-3 Sunday night at the Centennial Arena.

Nathan Carl lead the way with a goal and two assists, Trevor Schroder scored a goal and an assist, while Mikael Foucher stopped 39/42 shots he faced for his 21st win of the year.

Nathan Carl grabbed his 22nd of the year, ripping one over the glove of Deboer on the power play at 4:44. Austen McIvor would pick up a loose puck, wrap around the net, and find a wide open Trevor Schroder, who snapped home his 19th of the year at 8:42.

Selkirk made things interesting early in the third period, scoring back-to-back goals 56 seconds apart. Keenan Allen scores his 3rd of the year at 7:05, and Hudson Chamberlain would squeeze one through Foucher at 8:01.
