Stampeders Drop 11th Straight Game, Fall 7-3 Saturday night in Neepawa

The Swan Valley Stampeders dropped their 11th straight game Saturday night in Neepawa, falling 7-3 to the Titans at the Yellowhead Centre.

Logan Paquette and Brayden Knox scored goals six minutes apart in the first period to give the home squad a 2-0 lead.

Brayden Vopat collected his first MJHL goal, scoring at 7:24 of the second period. The Titans responded with two goals 17 seconds apart by Colton Alexander and Kyle Weisgarber to take a 4-1 lead. Riley Fequest and Ian Ness responded for the Stampeders just over two minutes apart and keeping the score close heading into the third period,

But, it was all Neepawa in third as they tallied three goals and skated to a 7-3 win on home ice.
