Stampeders Sign 2004-Born Forward Callum Halls To A Letter of Intent

The Swan Valley Stampeders of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League are excited to announce that 2004-born Forward Callum Halls has signed a letter of intent with the Stampeders.

Halls from Brandon, MB, played for the U18 Brandon Wheat Kings this past season putting up 38 goals, adding 31 assists for 69 points in 44 games played.

“Callum is a terrific young man, and a talented hockey player,” said Wheat Kings Head Coach Curtis Brolund. “His infectious outgoing personality and humour brings lightness and life to a dressing room on a daily basis. He is a big body player with excellent accuracy and rarely misses on his opportunities. His size and skill set mixed with the ability to play on the rough side will make him a great player at the next level.”

“Callum is a great person and player,” said Head Coach and General Manager Barry Wolff. “Scoring 38 goals in any league is quite an achievement and we hope Callum can bring that offensive side to the lineup right away.”

The Stampeders welcome Callum Halls and his family to the Stampeders!
