The IG Wealth Management Game 6 Report vs Dauphin

The best-of-seven, quarter-final series between the Swan Valley Stampeders and the Dauphin Kings resumes tonight at Credit Union Place.

The Stampeders have a second chance to eliminate the Kings after falling 4-3 in double-overtime Saturday night in Swan River. Both teams left everything they had on the ice in back-to-back double overtime games last Friday and Saturday, with both clubs splitting those games on the road.

Both the Stampeders and the Kings have had two full days of rest and are itching to get back at it. Expect both teams to be rejuvenated and ready to battle tonight in Game 6.

The Stampeders fans have been unreal for us all season and your continued support on the road this post-season has been fantastic. We cannot wait to hear the #Stampede once again tonight.

The Stampeders head into tonight’s game up 3-2 in the best-of-seven quarter-final series, but trail 18-17 in goals. The Kings have out-shot the Stamps 184-173 through the first five games but the Stampeders have the edge in power play goals, 6-3.

Look for a strong effort and a bounce-back game from the entire Stampeder team tonight on the road.
