Tonight’s Matchup: vs NorMan Blizzard: The Stampeders struggled against the Blizzard in preseason action and couldn’t find the back of the net very many times. But that was then, this is now. The Stampeders will have a fresh look to kick off the 2024-25 season. Swan Valley will need to use their speed, skill and stay out of the penalty box if they want to take down a well-built NorMan team tonight at the Centennial Arena.

Players to watch for: Will Munro – Landen Gulutzan – Bennett Muller

Northern Manitoba Blizzard

Blizzard Regular Season Record: 0-0-0-0. PP: 0% PK: 0%

Head Coach: Eric Labrosse

Assistant Coach:  P.A. Deslauriers

Tonight’s Matchup: vs Swan: The new and improved Northern Manitoba Blizzard come into Swan tonight feeling quite well about themselves. Winners of four straight in the pre-season, the Blizzard are fast, skilled, and are surely a tough team to beat, mostly due to Head Coach and GM Eric Labrosse, this team has great chemistry and can put the puck in the net at any moment if you aren’t careful. They showed that in the pre-season but, things can shift in a flash. Tonight, everything counts.
